For very little effort this gives you some nice additions to the already great iPhone 11 Pro camera. The build quality is very good on mine, and it's nice to hold (but I do have big hands, so accept that it may be uncomfortable for some). The fish eye and macro options create some stunning images, and the extra telephoto clearly gets you closer to the subject compared to the iPhone's own lens. Yes, sometimes I get confused about what lens should sit over what, but it only takes a few seconds to sort it out, and unless you're in a manic rush, I can't see a problem. Mine has been on holiday with me this year (amazed I actually got one given Covid-10) and I quite often take it with me on walks in the country. Happy to recommend it.
I've taken more pictures with my phone this Summer than ever, but I don't think I've taken a single photo using this lens system. The only lens which would be of any use to me is the polariser, but this only works in portrait mode and I don't take portraits.
As the iPhone switches between different lenses automatically, I'm never sure which lens is being used anyway. When I slide across the lens system, the result is always, "I don't want THAT!" and I slide the system out of the way again.
Love the idea and the lenses surprisingly good but this new one has already broken - lens fallen out. At £99 I expected much better quality. I have purchased for other phone models before and really enjoyed. Am waiting for resolution via customer services, who have been helpful so far.
Surprised at how good the lens quality is, more than adequate for social media and general photography. A lot easier to use than certain other add on lens systems using a special case and screw on systems, mounts with special "squeeze me" type adaptors. If I was designing this system, I'd swap the fisheye and tele lens positions (which are used most) with the position of the two macro lenses and place a lanyard mount and lanyard (I glued on a D-Ring with a well known adhesive) on the case too. You wouldn't carry a camera costing say £600 - £1100 without some form of strap for security and dropping, why should a costly phone system be treated any differently? An easy to use system though, worth spending a wee bit more - John Peters A.R.P.S.
This is a waste of money - the travel pack adds nothing to the iPhone lenses and the telephoto pro is no better that the in built one - the telephoto macro is good - the travel pack lenses easily fall off when swung right across. The package is very classy but that gets binned anyway
